postal orders in

made payable to

Delivery Costs
Postage and
packing charge
will be added to

special offers

Customers from
all other
countries will
be notified
separately of
the appropriate
charges for
postage and
packing, and
charged
accordingly at

Our Guarantee
We have taken
great care to
ensure a true
representation
of each of the
designs
featured.
However, because
each of our
items are made
individually,
small variations
may occur. Any
such variation
will add to the
unique quality
of the design
and should not
be seen as
detrimental to
the product.
Delivery
Times
We endeavour to
hold most items
featured in
stock, apart
from the
personalised
commissioned
items. If we are
unable to
deliver your
item promptly,
we will inform
you of the
delivery date
before charging
your credit
card. Please
allow at least
four weeks for
delivery on
commissioned
items.
Please note that
some deliveries
will have to be
signed for.
Items damaged in
transit
If the products
are damaged
during transit
then we will
replace them
free of charge
once the
original has
been returned to
us. We must be
notified of any
items that are
damaged within
two days of
receipt. We
recommend that
you obtain a
certificate of
posting when you
return your
parcel, as you
will be
responsible for
any item being
sent back to us.
Cancellation
or Returning
Items
We will accept
cancellations on
our stock items
at any time
prior to
dispatch.
However, on
commissioned
pieces, once
your order has
been sent we
regret we are
unable to accept
a cancellation.
You may return
any product
ordered within
10 days of
receipt and
providing the
item is in
perfect
condition, we
will offer an
alternative or a
full refund of
the cost of the
item. Refunds
given will be in
accordance with
the method of
payment. Once
again this does
not include
commissioned
items where we
are unable to
offer a refund.
Please note that
we do not pay
for the cost of
return under
this guarantee.
We also
recommend that
you obtain a
certificate of
posting when you
return your
parcel, as you
will be
responsible for
any item being
sent back to us.
